Tariq Bracy joins the Tucson Sugar Skulls for his first season in 2025.
Bracy has an impressive collegiate career at Notre Dame, showcasing his versatility and impact on both defense and special teams. In his senior year (2022), he played in 11 games and tallied 39 tackles, including 25 solo stops, six tackles for loss, one sack, an interception, and a forced fumble. In 2021, he appeared in all 13 games, starting five, and registered 38 tackles, an interception, and a fumble recovery. His sophomore campaign in 2020 saw him start in six of eight games, contributing 24 tackles, two tackles for loss, and three pass breakups. During his freshman year (2019), he made an immediate impact with 34 tackles, seven pass breakups, two fumble recoveries, and a forced fumble.
The Milpitas, California native standout at Milpitas High School, amassing 6,450 all-purpose yards and 73 touchdowns, leading his team to a state championship in 2017. He earned accolades as a top-ranked athlete nationally and in California by recruiting platforms such as 247Sports, ESPN, and Rivals.
