Tucson Sugar Skulls

DL Seyvon Lowry (UCF) joins the Tucson Sugar Skulls for his first season with the team. Lowry comes from a solid football background, having played at UCF before a stint with the Nebraska Danger in 2019. With the Danger, Lowry made 31 tackles, 4.5 sacks and also recovered two fumbles.

Lowry began his career with the UCF Knights in 2013, finishing with eight tackles. As a freshman that year, he was part of the Fiesta Bowl championship team that beat #6 Baylor. After redshirting his sophomore year, he returned in 2015 with 12 tackles before tacking on 13 more the next season.

In that same junior year, Lowry added an interception, a fumble recovery, half a tackle for a loss, two pass break ups, and three quarterback hurries. The following senior year, Lowry put in 11 tackles and got himself another interception.
