Biography

Pat Porter joins the Sugar Skulls for his first season with the team. Porter initially played Washington State before transferring to Jacksonville State.

In his two seasons with the Gamecocks, Porter had 32 tackles and 4 pass breakups, including six tackles against LSU on September 10, 2016. The most he's had in one game since he recorded six against Arizona on October 25, 2014 with WSU.

Porter went to Paul W. Bryant High School where he was selected as part of the Super All-State Preseason Second Team by AlabamaVarsity.com. In his senior campaign, Porter made 68 tackles, four interceptions and broke up 13 passes. He also had nine tackles for a loss and three forced fumbles.
