Biography

Fernando Frye is making his IFL debut this year with the Sugar Skulls.

Frye hails from Pennsylvania, and began his athletic career at Mercyhurst. He then was a walk-on at
Eastern Carolina University, where he helped ECU’s offense reach over 500 yards per game on 4 separate occasions.

He played in all 12 games during his senior season at ECU, starting in 8 of them as an offensive lineman,
and helped set three individual records in one single game for passing yards, reception yards, and total yards.
