Biography

Delondo Boyd joins the Sugar Skulls for his rookie season in the IFL. During a four-year career at Saint Francis, Boyd started in all 45 games for the Red Flash, racking up 197 total tackles, including 127 solo, 14 tackles for a loss, 5.5 sacks, eight pass breakups, four interceptions, six forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. The Indian Head, Maryland native was a First Team All-NEC selection in 2017, after earning Second Team All-NEC honors in 2016. Boyd was also recognized on the CFPA Defensive Back of the Year Award Watch List in 2015. In 2018, Boyd earned an invite to Chicago Bears rookie minicamp.
