Tucson Sugar Skulls

Grant Ibeh will be joining the Sugar Skulls for his rookie season in the IFL. Ibeh played collegiately for Long Island University (NY) in 2019 as a graduate transfer from Central Connecticut State University. He appeared in all 10 games, making eight starts and recording 45 tackles, two tackles-for-loss and four pass breakups. Ibeh made a season-high seven tackles in consecutive games and also returned a blocked field goal for a touchdown, earning an invite to the 2020 Dream Bowl for his accomplishments.
 
Ibeh registered 40 tackles and 10 passes defensed as a senior at Central Connecticut State. A native of Gaithersburg, Maryland, Ibeh attended Avalon High School, was a Maryland Crab Bowl selection, and was named to the Maryland All-Gazette Team while playing for the Black Knights.
