Drew Dixon joins the Sugar Skulls for his 1st professional season in the IFL in 2025.
Dixon appeared in two games for the Wildcats and caught three passes for 46 yards at UCLA in 2020. This included a new career long of 28 yards.
In 2019, Dixon appeared in all 12 games with four starts as a wide receiver. He finished the season with 14 catches for 143 yards and two touchdowns, with at least one catch in eight of the 12 games. Dixon posted a season-high 46 yards on a season-best four catches in the home-opening win and hauled in two catches for 31 yards, including a season-long catch of 24 yards in the win over UCLA.
In 2018, Dixon appeared in seven games but did not record any stats. He saw action in each of the season's final games after making their debut in a road win at Oregon State.
Dixon graduated in 2017 from Sabino High School in Tucson, earning four letters in football as a multipurpose athlete. Dixon was awarded a three-time All-Conference and All-City selection, First-Team All-Southern Arizona, and a two-time First-Team All-State 3A. The Tucson local, was also the Southern Arizona Player of the Year, totaling 1,177 passing yards and 11 touchdowns as a quarterback, 901 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns, and 514 receiving yards and six touchdowns.
