Coach Alexander currently serves as the Head Coach at Sahuaro High School in Tucson, Arizona, bringing over 20 years of coaching experience and leadership to the field. His coaching career began at Western New Mexico University, where he coached the offensive line from 1992 through 1994, helping develop a foundation of toughness and technique that would define his coaching style. In 2003, he joined Salpointe Catholic High School, where he spent 15 successful years developing players and helping guide the program to three state championship appearances winning one and finishing as runner-up in the other two. Starting as an offensive line coach and working his way up to Assistant Head Coach, Alexander Built a strong reputation for player development, discipline, and team unity. 

Coach Alexander also brings valuable professional experience with the Tucson Sugar Skulls organization, having worked under both Dixie Wooten and Hurtis Chinn, making playoff runs in. A proud Tucsonan, he is deeply committed to his community and believes that the Sugar Skulls can play a vital role in helping Tucson grow into an even stronger, more connected city. Throughout his career, he has been privileged to coach more than 30 offensive linemen who advanced to the next level, including standout athletes such as Mele (Washington), Dreis and Eckmeyer (Montana), Fina (UCLA), and Miller (Oregon).
Guided by the belief that "football is life," Coach Alexander's philosophy centers on teaching life lessons through the game-instilling responsibility, teamwork, and commitment while building lasting relationships and strengthening the community through a positive, passionate approach to the sport.
